Bring a photo of the product

You do not need to remember every product name. Show our staff a saved photo or a shopping list, and we will help you find what you are looking for. This also works for products you have been asked to bring home for friends or family.

If possible, save a photo that shows the product name and size. Similar packaging can belong to different products or sizes. If you only have a written list, include the brand name when you know it.

Ask about stock before making a special trip

If you are coming for a particular product, you can check availability in advance. Send its name or photo to our official Instagram account, @trinitypharmacy_ss, and our team will check. You can also call the store.

Stock can change between your enquiry and your visit. Let us know when you plan to come if there is something you especially need. Product prices are available in store.

Ask questions in a language you are comfortable with

Korean, English and Chinese support is available throughout opening hours. Japanese and Cantonese support is available at certain times. We also use a conversation translation device to help with other languages. Please check ahead if you need Japanese or Cantonese support.

There is no need to book an appointment. Tell our in-store experts which products you are looking for or how you intend to use them. There is no consultation fee.

Bring your physical passport for tax-free shopping

Our Seongsu store supports instant tax refunds. International visitors who would like to use this service should bring their physical passport. Please check eligibility and the applicable conditions with staff before paying.

We accept credit cards, cash, Alipay and WeChat Pay, among other payment methods. Purchase receipts and tax-free paperwork are available in store.

Fit a visit into your Seongsu plans

We are open every day from 10:00 to 23:00, including holidays. You will find us on the ground floor at 13 Yeonmujang-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. It is about a three-minute walk from Seongsu Station Exit 4 or a five-minute walk from Ttukseom Station Exit 5.

You are welcome to browse even if you have not picked out a product in advance. If something catches your eye, ask our staff about it.
